Legion Health is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth with significant clinical autonomy and comprehensive operational support. Roles are remote within the United States, offering the flexibility of part-time or full-time schedules and competitive compensation.

We emphasize evidence-based care, strong patient relationships, and collaboration with a Clinical Advisory Board to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely via telehealth.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and adjust medication management and brief psychotherapy as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
