OptiMindHealth is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health team and seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our outpatient program. The role offers a competitive salary range and flexible full-time or part-time options, with remote work possibilities in many cases.

Clinicians will collaborate within an integrated care team, providing medication management and individual psychotherapy, plus family and group therapies as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensure in CO and/or MA as a PMHNP-BC.
• Experience with mood, anxiety, and other behavioral health issues.
• Willingness to work flexible full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMHNP-BC care in an integrated behavioral health team.
• Deliver medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Perform family and group therapy as needed.
• Document treatment sessions and coordinate with staff; no on-call required.
