OptiMindHealth is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health team and seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for full-time, remote work. The role focuses on outpatient behavioral health, medication management, and psychotherapy within an integrated care framework.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience in outpatient behavioral health.
• Strong collaboration skills to work within an integrated care team.
• Ability to provide medication management and individual psychotherapy as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model to deliver outpatient behavioral health services.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy, including family/group sessions when applicable.
• Coordinate care with physicians, psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
• Ensure clinical documentation and back-office processes are completed efficiently.
