Job summary

Cerula Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed PMHNP to join our Colorado program as a part-time consulting psychiatrist in a telehealth role.

You will review caseloads with Behavioral Health Care Managers, propose medication plans, and provide select direct care to a small patient panel. The position is 8–10 hours weekly, remote, with 1099 contract terms and hourly pay of $115–$145. This is a contract role designed for flexibility and impact within a collaborative oncology care setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado APRN license with PMHNP-BC and prescriptive authority.
• DEA registration with Colorado controlled substance authority.
• ANCC PMHNP-BC board certification.
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program.
• Minimum three years of independent psychiatric prescribing with adults.
• Telehealth experience and use of an electronic patient registry.
• Ability to collaborate as a consultant to a care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly caseload reviews with Behavioral Health Care Managers.
• Recommend evidence-based meds and treatment plans to oncologists and PCPs.
• Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and med management.
• Prescribe psychotropic meds with oncology interactions and goals of care.
• Serve as escalation point for clinical questions from the care team.
• Identify patients needing higher care and facilitate referrals.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and quality improvement for Colorado.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in clinical systems.
