Third Space Therapy seeks passionate PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to Medicaid members. We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, and offer a remote practice model for flexible scheduling.

You will contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with administrative support, enabling you to focus on clinical care and improving access to mental health services.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia
• PMHNP-BC board certification
• Prescriptive authority, DEA registration, Virginia controlled substances registration
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office and reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
