Third Space in New York is seeking passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to Medicaid clients. You will benefit from complete flexibility in your work hours and an administrative support team that handles scheduling and billing.

This role allows for a remote practice model while contributing meaningfully to the healthcare of underserved populations. Ideal candidates will have an active PMHNP license in New York and experience in managing diverse psychiatric conditions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in New York.
• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Prescriptive authority with active DEA registration.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications.
• Experience working with EHR systems.
• HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care.
• Manage all scheduling, insurance, and billing.
• Address mental health access for Medicaid populations.
