Third Space Therapy is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver evaluations, medication management and ongoing care to Medicaid members. We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, and scheduling, while you focus on clinical decision-making in a remote setting.

Active MA PMHNP licenses with PMHNP-BC certification and prescriptive authority are required. Experience with EHRs, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to equity in access to mental health care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Massachusetts.
• National board certification as PMHNP-BC.
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration and MA CDS.
• Experience in psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic meds.
• Malpractice coverage; experience with digital tools & telemedicine.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred; HIPAA-compliant home office.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ongoing care to Medicaid members.
• Operate within a remote practice model with flexible hours and referrals.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize admin support for billing, insurance, credentialing and scheduling.
