Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking passionate PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to Medicaid members. You’ll benefit from complete flexibility, setting your own hours, and working remotely with strong administrative support.

We handle billing, credentialing, and referrals through a robust network while you focus on clinical care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain your own practice commitments as needed.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia and unrestricted status.
• Board certification PMHNP-BC required.
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration and Virginia CS registration.
• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications.
• Maintain malpractice insurance with coverage as specified.
• Proficient with EHR systems and digital tools; remote/ HIPAA-compliant setup.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations for Medicaid members.
• Manage medication and ongoing psychiatric care.
• Coordinate with administrative/credentialing teams; remote sessions.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams for comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain high standards of equity in mental health access for Medicaid populations.
