Job summary

Mantra Health is seeking a NY-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide remote psychiatric evaluations and medication management for college students across the United States. This is a fully remote, 1099/FFS role with flexible scheduling between 8:00 am and 12:00 am ET, seven days a week, designed to accommodate varying student volumes.

Qualifications

• NY PMHNP license is required.
• 1+ years outpatient community mental health experience.
• Experience treating college-age students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for students.
• Perform biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments.
• Engage with students via collaboration portal and coordinate with campus providers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and on-campus treatment teams.
• Document clinical encounters for care coordination.
• Partner with care navigation to support students.
• Develop longer-term treatment plans with campus teams when needed.
