Job summary

Mantra Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed PMHNP to provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for college students. This is a 100% remote, 1099 role with flexible scheduling between 8:00am and 12:00am ET and a minimum 8-hour weekly commitment.

You’ll collaborate with campus care teams and supervisors to develop longer-term treatment plans, engage with students through a secure portal, and contribute to expanding access to mental health care nationwide.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid PMHNP license in WI.
• 1+ years of experience in an outpatient community mental health setting.
• Expertise in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders among college students.
• Understand culturally responsive treatment and work with diverse patient groups.
• Comfortable assessing urgency and escalation of risk scenarios.
• Must have a quality video camera and reliable internet for virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes focused on whole-person care with clear diagnostic assessments.
• Engage with patients through our collaboration portal.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus treatment providers.
• Document clinical encounters for effective care coordination.
• Partner with our care navigation team to support students.
• Collaborate with campus care teams to create longer-term treatment plans.
