Job summary

Mind Over Matters Therapeutic & Wellness Services, LLC seeks a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join a fully virtual practice. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and provide psychotherapy via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and patient-centered care.

The role supports 1099 contracting with remote work options and a flexible hybrid schedule (up to 16 hours/week, with weekend requirement).

Qualifications

• Must have PMHNP license and DEA certification.
• Licensed in MA, RI, NY, or NH.
• Experience in psychiatric care, medication management, and mental health counseling preferred.
• Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work remotely.
• Reliable high‑speed internet for virtual visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms.
• Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies and insurance guidelines (within 24 hours).
• Stay updated on psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and mental health care best practices.
