Job summary

Mantra Health is seeking a WI-licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual therapy to college students. This fully remote 1099 role operates nationwide, requiring 8+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling between 8:00am and 12:00am ET.

Responsibilities include evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with campus teams. Competitive hourly compensation and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in WI with multi-state licensure a plus
• 1+ years of outpatient community mental health experience
• Experience treating college-aged students (depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use)
• Comfort with virtual care and telehealth platforms
• Ability to assess urgency of risk and escalate when needed
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with campus care teams and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for college students
• Perform biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments
• Engage with patients via the collaboration portal
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and on-campus providers
• Document encounters for care coordination and continuity
• Coordinate with care navigation team for student support
• Develop longer-term treatment plans with campus teams
