Job summary

Affect Therapeutics is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for telehealth addiction care in the United States. You will lead member care, with a team of counselors and case managers, delivering evidence-based treatment for stimulant and alcohol use disorders.

Suboxone prescribing is included, with multi-state licensure encouraged. You must hold an active PMHNP license in the state of practice, have 2+ years of addiction treatment experience, and be DEA-registered.

Qualifications

• Full-practice, licensed PMHNP with an active license
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment
• Must have experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (cost covered by Affect)
• Empathy for members facing personal and emotional challenges
• Comfort with technology, including EHRs and mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes.
• Monitor progress through monthly appointments.
• Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions.
• Complete notes in our EHR (Healthie) and follow our clinical protocols.
• Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings (scheduled in advance)
