Job summary

BAS HealthCare in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for telehealth addiction medicine serving adult patients 18+. You will work with an addictions physician and an in-house therapist.

Responsibilities include initial visits (45–60 min) and follow-ups (15–30 min) in a collaborative care model with an FQHC partner, using Secure Logic EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Pennsylvania NP license required
• Collaborative agreement with a physician may be required; terms to be confirmed
• Comfort treating adult patients with substance use disorders across a range of substances
• Willingness to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient visits (45–60 minutes) for adults 18+ with SUDs
• Provide follow-up medication management visits (15–30 minutes)
• Collaborate with an addictions physician, in-house therapist, and partnering FQHC PCP
• Document care in the Secure Logic EMR
