Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP to join our remote psychiatry team in North Carolina. You will conduct detailed 55-minute assessments and 25-minute follow-ups, integrating medication management with brief psychotherapy within an integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina PMHNP license with DEA registration.
• 2+ years of PMHNP experience in remote telepsychiatry with adults.
• Willing to obtain licensure in additional states; employer covers costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-ups.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians in an integrated care model.
• Use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes.
