Job summary

Rula Health seeks licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to join its remote, 1099 independent contractor network. You’ll conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medications while Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing.

Flexible schedule and guaranteed compensation for no-shows are included. Per-session pay is $110 for an initial 60-minute visit and $70 for follow-ups (30 minutes).

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a PMHNP with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, and crisis management
• Independent licensure or collaborating MD as required by state law
• Board certified as PMHNP by ANCC
• Registration with state PMP
• Current liability insurance
• No suspensions or debarments in past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments including diagnostic workups and treatment planning with medication management
• Treat individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction
• Access to our EHR and telehealth platform
• Support from our Care Coordination teams
• Sessions: 60 min for initial, 30 min for follow-ups
• Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing so you can focus on care
