Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CA PMHNP license.
• 1+ year experience as PMHNP with mental health assessment and treatment.
• Independent licensure or ability to collaborate with an MD as required by state law.
• ANCC PMHNP certification.
• Registered with state PMP where required.
• No recent suspensions or exclusions from federal programs.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in PMH nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments for mental health care, including workups and treatment planning.
• Manage care for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platform for care delivery.
• Receive care coordination support from our teams.
• Allocate time effectively with 60-min initial visits and 30-min follow-ups.
