Legion Health is seeking experienced PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth with clinical autonomy and strong operational support. Full-time and part-time positions are available, focusing on evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health conditions.

Enjoy flexible scheduling, administrative support, and access to premium tools, with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year based on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including mental-health and medical history, diagnostic evaluation and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
