Job summary

Mindful Care seeks a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to expand behavioral health access in Michigan. This Regular Full-Time role includes 50% remote telehealth and 50% in-office consultations, with a collaborative team and streamlined administrative support.

Compensation includes base salary plus quarterly incentives and per diem opportunities, plus comprehensive clinician benefits and license support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the employed state (Michigan).
• PMHNP-BC board certification by ANCC or AANP.
• APN authorization to practice family health in the employed state.
• Active DEA license or license application underway with support to obtain licensure.
• Authorization for prescription practice.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and related regulations.
• Strong communication, patient care delivery, and leadership skills.
