Provide psychiatric assessments, initial PDEs, and E/M sessions via the Talkspace platform, coordinating with the psychiatry team. Must hold a Michigan PMHNP license, DEA, NPI, CAQH, and a supervising physician agreement. Per-session compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Michigan.
• Active DEA license.
• Active individual NPI number.
• CAQH application fully completed and signed.
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Independent liability insurance; minimum $1M occurrence/$3M aggregate.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct PDE initial diagnostic interviews for new referrals and E/M sessions for established patients.
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video sessions, submit documentation, and manage treatment plans.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
• Provide care with no overhead for insurance, marketing, or admin costs.
• Establish a flexible schedule to work from home.
