Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver telehealth services in Illinois evenings and weekends. Licensure in Illinois with board certification required; prescriptive authority must be active.

The role is Fee for Service (W2) with annual compensation range of $51,000-$76,000 based on 10–15 hours per week. Fully remote work with flexible scheduling and ADHD program involvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Illinois.
• Three years of experience preferred; 1 year psychiatry practice required.
• License must be in the practicing state.
• Part-time requires 15 hours per week evenings or weekends.
• In-house ADHD treatment standards training and exam.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to reduce symptoms when appropriate.
• Create and collaborate on care plans with clients.
• Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients and services.
