Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide remote psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. Roles offer meaningful clinical autonomy with strong operational support and a framework that supports professional growth. Full-time and part-time options are available.

You will work within a collaborative psychiatric team, receiving administrative support, credentialing help, and access to premium tools and resources while delivering evidence-based care to patients.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
