Job summary

The School of Nursing at MCPHS is seeking an adjunct PMHNP Clinical Faculty to provide remote supervision and high-quality learning experiences for Graduate Nursing FNP students. The role supports development of nursing competency and critical thinking aligned with MCPHS policies and national standards.

Responsibilities include delivering remote supervision, creating engaging assignments, completing timely assessments, and maintaining strong communication with students and core faculty.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Current unencumbered MA APRN license required.
• Current nurse practitioner national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers remote clinical supervision to students in the graduate nursing program.
• Facilitates engaging assignments demonstrating real-world applications of concepts.
• Completes assessments, evaluations and documentation in a timely manner.
• Facilitates synchronous student seminars per course requirements.
• Advises and assists students through scheduled office hours or appointments by video, phone or email.
• Demonstrates knowledge of subject matter and updates teaching to reflect new developments.
