Job summary

Confidential is seeking a California-licensed PMHNP to join our contracted provider network as an independent contractor (1099). You will deliver psychiatric assessments, medication management, and crisis support while we handle credentialing, marketing, and billing.

Telehealth capability and flexible scheduling are emphasized to accommodate patient access and quality care. The role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, rapid paneling (as quick as 30 days), and a focus on high-quality

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license and valid DEA registered in California.
• 1+ years as a PMHNP with psychiatric care experience.
• Independent licensure or working with collaborating MD as required by state law.
• PMHNP certification by ANCC.
• State PMP registration.
• No suspensions or debarments in the past 3 years.
• Master's or doctoral degree in PMH nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Perform medication management for mental health conditions.
• Work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction.
• Utilize EHR & telehealth platform for patient care.
• Receive care coordination and credentialing support.
• Engage in 60-minute initial visits and 30-minute follow-ups.
