Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an active California license to join our network as an independent contractor. You will conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning, including medication management, primarily via telehealth.

We handle credentialing, billing, marketing, and compliance so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license in California with valid PMHNP certification.
• 1+ years as a PMHNP with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, and treatment planning experience.
• American Nurses Credentialing Center PMHNP certification.
• DEA registration and PMP registration.
• Ability to provide telehealth.
• Independent licensure or ability to work with collaborating MD as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments including diagnostic workups and treatment planning, including medication management.
• Care for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platform; coordinate with Care Coordination teams.
• Allocate sufficient time for initial consultations and follow-ups; manage caseload within telehealth setup.
• Rula handles credentialing, billing, and marketing to allow focus on patient care.
