Qualifications

• An unrestricted license and valid DEA number registered in California.
• 1+ years as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with mental health assessment, diagnosis, triage, and treatment planning.
• Independent licensure and/or collaborating MD as required by state law.
• ANCC PMHNP certification.
• PMP registration.
• No suspensions or debarments in the past 3 years.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing.
• Ability to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments including psychiatric workups and treatment planning.
• Manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction in patients.
• Use EHR and telehealth platform for care delivery.
• Coordinate with care teams to support patients.
