Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide telepsychiatry from anywhere in the United States. This role offers full-time or part-time options with strong clinical autonomy, comprehensive support, and weekly pay.

You will work with a leading team to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care and participate in state licensure support and credentialing services. The compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, commensurate with patient-care hours, and benefits include

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority to practice in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Deliver telehealth care using technology and operational systems.
