Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs to deliver high-quality psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with substantial clinical autonomy, supported by a collaborative psychiatric team and robust credentialing resources.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, offering competitive compensation and access to premium tools while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with meds and brief therapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Follow evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth systems to deliver care.
