Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering PMHNPs predictable W-2 compensation and benefits. Enjoy control over your schedule, a remote outpatient model, and a seamless support network including scheduling, billing, and licensing.

This role centers on outpatient care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders with no inpatient responsibilities. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment plans, and medication management in a fully remote

Competenze

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including: Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development.
