Job summary

Legion Health is seeking experienced PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth with full clinical autonomy and robust operational support. You will practice at the top of your license from a fully remote setting across the United States.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, competitive compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year, weekly pay, malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and premium EHR/AI tools to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP licensure in at least one state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology to deliver reliable care.
