Job summary

Legion Health is seeking experienced PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care through telehealth with clinical autonomy and strong operational support. Roles are remote with flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time work, backed by comprehensive resources.

Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, depending on patient-care hours, with full malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and access to premium tools to enhance care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth and supporting technology to deliver reliable patient care.
