Legion Health is actively seeking PMHNPs to provide high-quality psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with strong clinical autonomy and substantial support from a collaborative medical team.

You will practice at the top of your license with access to clinical resources, including AI tools, EHR, and approved workflows, while earning competitive compensation and weekly pay in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation, risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
