Job summary

Petroleum Field Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager–Surveying, Site Planning & Permitting to lead DJ Basin oil and gas projects in Colorado from scope development through site planning, civil design, permitting, and delivery. You will coordinate surveying, GIS, drafting, civil engineering, and permitting while serving as the primary client contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant field experience.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and client-facing delivery.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and budgets with technical leads.
• Break projects into phases and tasks with clear owners and milestones.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate progress, risks, and commitments.
• Coordinate survey, remote sensing, GIS, drafting, and permitting delivery across teams.
• Track hours, costs, and remaining effort; manage variances and forecasts.
• Maintain project records and ensure quality reviews and timely closeout.
