Job summary

Encompass Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of progressive surveying experience to lead assigned projects, coordinating field personnel and technical staff. Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, AutoCad Civil 3D, total stations, and Trimble GPS is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong written skills, experience in client communications, and proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in Land Surveying.
• Operational understanding of GPS and survey equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• AutoCAD Civil3D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a positive and enthusiastic way.
• Responsible for safe working practices.
• Manage and prepare documents for all land surveying activity.
• Oversee timely document and design submittals.
• Address any issues involving scope, schedule, and budget as they arise.
• Prepare cost estimates and write proposal documents.
