Job summary

Sterling Kohler seeks an Associate Customer Service Representative (ACSR) to support Kohler and Sterling plumbing products via remote calls, assisting with installation, troubleshooting, and order placement. You will diagnose issues, guide customers and trades through steps, and use CRM and ERP tools while delivering empathetic service.

Must live within 150 miles of Sheboygan, WI, and have 1+ year of customer service experience. Day‑1 benefits and an hourly rate of $20 are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4-year degree preferred.
• At least 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Training Program required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone; diagnose product needs and take appropriate action.
• Troubleshoot and advise on installation/repair with plumbers/designers/retail staff.
• Upsell Kohler and Sterling products and accessories when appropriate.
• Track orders and provide shipping information; use CRM/SAP tools.
