Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in plumbing design and construction.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems layout, fixture selection, and equipment specifications.
• Ability to perform flow calculations, pipe routing, and fixture unit counts.
• Familiar with IPC, UPC, accessibility guidelines, and water/energy efficiency standards.
• Experience on healthcare, education, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Design domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and medical gas systems.
• Conduct field investigations to assess existing conditions and gather project data.
• Ensure quality control, scheduling, and delivery of plumbing design documents.
• Coordinate and communicate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Perform pipe sizing, pressure loss calculations, equipment selection, and code compliance analysis.
