Job summary

Eacproductdevelopmentsolutions is seeking a Solution Architect to lead PLM implementations, architect solutions, and guide data migration and adoption across client environments. The role requires strong collaboration with sales, engineering, and business units, and offers remote work within the United States.

The candidate will design solutions, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with customer goals and corporate capabilities, including cloud platforms and integration with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as CS, MIS, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ preferred in Solution Architect/technical consulting.
• Proven PLM solution experience including infrastructure design and data management.
• Hands-on with PTC Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo.
• Proficiency in modern web tech: JavaScript, Java, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, REST APIs, C/C++, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer teams by fostering collaboration across departments and providing strong technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients to design and implement PLM solutions that drive success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during project execution for alignment and timely delivery.
• Design comprehensive PLM solution strategies including system architecture and components.
• Lead data mapping and migration to ensure accurate, consistent data transfer between systems.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on working with data in the new system.
