Job summary

Aras Corporation, a leader in PLM solutions, seeks an experienced PLM Solution Architect to lead customer deployments of Innovator solutions. You will own technical delivery, guide workshops, and mentor a global team across onsite and offshore locations.

The role demands strong architecture skills, stakeholder negotiation, and proven success delivering end-to-end PLM projects with Jira/VS Team Services and SQL Server expertise. Travel 50% regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of PLM deployment experience.
• Leading large enterprise PLM deployments as Consultant/Architect.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, VS Team Services.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution deployment.
• Facilitate workshops and develop solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop conceptual solution architecture for end-to-end customer solutions.
• Lead development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specs.
• Provide input to professional services methodologies and tools.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Supervise onsite and offshore technical teams.
