Job summary

Engineering Industries eXcellence is seeking a PLM Project Manager to lead complex IT solution implementations for manufacturing in a 100% remote/WFH setting. You will oversee budgets, schedules, scope, and quality, acting as the primary liaison among Sales, Pre-sales, Engagement Managers, Services Management, and customers to ensure successful outcomes.

Minimum 10 years in engineering/manufacturing processes, strong communication, and proven project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Driving implementation and commissioning of IT solutions for manufacturing (preferred: Teamcenter PLM solutions).
• Outstanding organizational skills and communication capabilities.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Directors/Managers/Executives).
• Familiarity with project budgeting, tracking, and burn-down analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage PLM Teamcenter implementations for external customers.
• Review contracts and derive actions on risks, opportunities, and obligations.
• Own customer contract/scope and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish project communications with stakeholders and escalation procedures.
• Perform risk management and change management processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Engagement Managers.
• Drive value realization and KPIs with customers.
• Manage project handover and post-go-live support.
