Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PLM Platform Engineer with deep experience operating either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in large enterprise environments.

You will own the technical operation of the PLM platform — installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability — and partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable PLM ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production.
• Strong PLM upgrades and migrations experience.
• Oracle and SQL Server database administration knowledge.
• Linux/Unix administration and HA/DR experience.
• Scripting in shell, Python, or Ansible; good documentation.
• Familiarity with PLM integration brokers and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Own installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations of the PLM platform.
• Ensure high availability and security; collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
