Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a data‑centric professional to map data sources, move data, and manage interfaces within PLM/MDM platforms. You will contribute to service‑oriented components and align with architecture standards, participating in design decisions and hands‑on development under senior guidance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, evaluation of tools (Oracle/ALM/PLM), and experience across SOA and Big Data ecosystems. Remote US position with eligible bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Engineering.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute data mapping, movement, and interface tasks to support data quality in PLM/MDM.
• Participate in technical discussions and document design decisions.
• Develop, configure, and test designs for components and tasks.
• Follow established enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Research tools and emerging technologies to support project tasks.
• Contribute to service-oriented, reusable platform components.
• Build and test POCs using proven design patterns; hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with the business to address data integration issues.
