Job summary

EdConnective is seeking a part-time, hourly remote PLC Facilitator to guide educator development by facilitating PLCs of teachers, instructional staff, and K–12 leaders.

You will build relationships with educators, facilitate collaborative PLC meetings, and work with EdConnective teams to ensure timely delivery of services and strong educator experiences. This role offers flexible hours and remote work from home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years facilitating collaboration among educators in PLCs, team meetings, or similar.
• Ability to connect with and support K–12 educators and leaders for growth and improved outcomes.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Openness to coaching and feedback and willingness to learn.
• Ability to turn data into decisions and communicate insights to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with K–12 educators and leaders rooted in value and results.
• Facilitate highly effective PLC meetings among teachers and leaders.
• Establish rapport with internal team members and coaches.
• Maintain accurate participant records and meeting reports throughout PLC delivery.
• Identify and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Design and deliver regular reporting to highlight progress and impact.
