Job summary

Zingtree is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Reliability Engineer to own the CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability backbone that powers our agentic CX product. You’ll build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations across development and production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production DevOps/SRE on AWS.
• Strong CI/CD pipelines experience with modern tools.
• Hands-on with EKS and cluster upgrades.
• AWS networking with multi-account VPC design.
• Terraform and GitHub Actions with OIDC authentication.
• Aurora/MySQL, Redis, S3 backups and PITR.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Argo CD at scale and IaC tooling.
• Security and compliance practices for enterprise workloads.
• Proficient in infrastructure automation and cost awareness.
• Experience with edge/network security (Cloudflare/Route53) and Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines with safe, reversible deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
• Operate and scale Kubernetes platform (EKS, Argo CD).
• Manage edge security and network perimeter controls.
• Handle data tier backups and PITR with multi-AZ DR strategies.
• Build and maintain serverless Lambda workloads where appropriate.
• Develop observability as a product using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Strengthen security posture with SOC 2 and HIPAA controls.
• Drive FinOps initiatives and cost attribution per tenant/workload.
• Collaborate to define platform standards and SLOs.
