Job summary

Radar is seeking Platform Engineers to build and operate our global geolocation infrastructure, developer platform, and data systems at scale. You’ll help deliver features quickly and reliably, handling 1B API calls per day, with the option to work from our NYC HQ or remotely in the US.

• Be a generalist engineer with the ability to work across stacks

• Be deeply curious about how systems work and able to tackle hard problems

Responsibilities

• Work on core Radar products using TypeScript, Rust, Python and Scala
• Build highly available systems with 99.99%+ uptime
• Collaborate with SRE and data teams to enable self-serve capabilities
• Own internal development platform across server, frontend, mobile, and desktop stacks
• Integrate safe AI-enabled development practices throughout the SDLC
• Enable test automation and coverage across application, data, and infrastructure
• Contribute to security and compliance practices across development lifecycle
