HBX Group, a leading B2B TravelTech ecosystem, seeks a Platform Engineer to own cloud infrastructure supporting the Car Rental Platform. You’ll work across compute, networking, databases, and observability in a small, autonomous team.

You’ll manage AWS environments, build Terraform pipelines, operate EKS clusters, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across global partner integrations. This fully remote role offers ownership, a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy culture, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Significant experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS operations beyond theory.
• Proficient with Terraform for managing real infrastructure at scale.
• Production Kubernetes experience.
• Relational databases administration (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, OS, and web services.
• Scripting for automation (Bash/Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fully remote team.
• Independent, self-regulated work style.

Responsabilités

• Operate and improve our AWS infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform codebases for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Administer and evolve EKS clusters: node pools, scaling, upgrades.
• Manage relational database services (Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS) — performance, availability, backups, disaster recovery.
• Maintain observability infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch).
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure needs: service onboarding, resource provisioning, troubleshooting.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to security posture: patching, access control, WAF management, network policies.
• Plan and design responses to failure scenarios, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
