Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Research laws and prepare briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Render opinions on coverage, medical necessity/causation, damages, and value for the Claims Department.
• Prepare and handle arbitration submissions, examinations under oath, and defend by trial or dispositive hearing.
