Qualifikationen

• 2 to 6+ years of experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree (JD) is required.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required and must be in good standing.
• Must be able to travel to trials, hearings, depositions and meetings as needed.

• Researching laws and preparing legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Rendering opinions on coverage, medical necessity/causation, damages, and value.
• Preparing and handling arbitration submissions, examinations under oath, and defending by trial or dispositive hearing.
