SAIC's Controller Training Solutions team at the Atlanta ATCT in Hapeville, GA, is seeking a Full-Time Remote Pilot Operator to join training services for the FAA. The RPO role involves operating a flight simulations environment with radar display and voice comms to emulate pilots and remote ATC facilities during training exercises.

Responsibilities include following commands, entering data into the system, translating information into ATC phraseology, and completing Classroom and Lab

Qualifications

• US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals; clear spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Operate the Remote Pilot Operator in the air traffic controller training simulator.
• Input entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions.
• Translate information into ATC terminology and communicate with students via VCS.
• Complete Classroom and Lab certifications to perform as RPO on all positions.
