Jobot is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join our team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to handle complex catastrophic injury cases with flexibility for 100% remote, hybrid, or onsite work.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, is admitted to the state bar, and brings a proven track record in personal injury defense. Expect a high volume of billables and a supportive leadership environment.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury defense cases.
• Proven track record of litigating and settling personal injury matters.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with legal research software and case management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of a case from inception to conclusion, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court or before agencies, defending or prosecuting personal injury matters.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support defense strategies.
• Draft legal documents and prepare case materials for proceedings.
• Advise clients on liability, strategy, and legal rights, and coordinate with colleagues.
