RapidX is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our HR team. This fully remote, part-time/PRN role requires proactive sourcing of healthcare professionals, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews and offers.

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting healthcare professionals in clinical/diagnostic imaging settings is a plus.

• Manage recruiting activities and candidate pipelines for assigned openings and territories.
• Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified healthcare professionals.
• Review applications and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
